La Mara

È una IPA con un bel colore ramato, profumi intensi erbacei e fruttati, un retrogusto amaro persistente che ne costituisce la nota distintiva e che ne ha ispirato il nome. Il colore ramato che spicca sotto una bella schiuma tutt’altro che evanescente, il corpo e il finale lungo ed equilibrato sono dovuti all’uso del malto inglese essiccato a basse temperature.

The copper color that stands out beneath a beautiful, far-from-ephemeral foam, the body, and the long, balanced finish are due to the use of English malt dried at low temperatures.
