Una birra dal colore ambrato, profumi delicati di erba appena tagliata e fiori estivi, retrogusto maltato con delicate note amare, è una birra poco carbonata, isprata alle britanniche Bitter, con finale moderatamente lungo e intenso.

Amber color, delicate aromas of freshly cut grass and summer flowers, malty aftertaste with gentle bitter notes, lightly carbonated beer, as preferred across the Channel, with a moderately long and intense finish.
Beer inspired by British bitters, the only concession being the addition of spelt!
