La Gagia

È imbottigliata all’inizio dell’inverno, aggiungendo miele di castagno raccolto nelle Foreste Casentinesi. Birra scozzese dal colore rosso con rilessi scuri, profumi delicati di castagna, retrogusto leggermente tostato con un lievi sentore di torba.  Nonostante il corpo e il colore, rimane una birra che si beve facilmente e con estremo piacere.

Winter beer with the addition of chestnut honey harvested at the beginning of summer in the Casentinesi Forests.
Red color with dark reflections, delicate aromas of chestnuts, a slightly toasted aftertaste of coffee and chocolate. Despite the body and color, it remains a beer that is easy to drink and extremely enjoyable.  

The label was designed by Arturo, 10 years old, and Agata, 6 years old.
